In case it wasn’t fully evident by this point, this nation is absolutely fed up with losing countless innocent children and living, breathing human beings to gun violence.

Yesterday, as we’re all painfully aware, 19 children and 2 adults did not got home to their families and loves ones after an 18 year old high school student turned gunman opened fire on a 4th grade classroom at Robb Elementary School in Oladve, Texas.

Since the tragic mass school shooting, that served as the deadliest school shooting in the state’s modern history, the third most deadly school shooting in the nation behind Virgina Tech and Sandy Hook, and the country’s third mass shooting in a matter of mere weeks.

In the immediate aftermath of the violence, we have seen numerous Republicans chomping at the bit to protect gun rights while spitting in the faces of all the lives that were just lost.

And we are so fed up.

Beto O’Rourke is so fed up.

So fed up, in fact, that he refused to hold his tongue during Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott’s press conference.

During the briefing this afternoon, on the heels of the deadly mass school shooting, the former Democratic presidential candidate called Abbott out for doing “nothing” about the violence that is costing the lives of literal living, breathing children — all while Texas officials hurled insults at him.

You can see the clip here.

Allow me to make this clear — We. Are. Done. Period.
