Americans Reject Trump’s False Sympathy Over 100,000 Dead Americans: “Tip The Intern Who Wrote This For You An Extra Twenty Bucks This Week, They Made You Sound Almost Human”

It's almost as if he was purposely waiting for the death toll to hit six digits before he would say anything remotely sympathetic.

President Donald Trump literally waited until the coronavirus death toll reached the grim milestone of 100,000 before offering any kind of sympathy to the victims and their families, and it was so phony that Americans called him out for it.

As you will recall, Trump went golfing over Memorial Day weekend as the pandemic continued to claim American lives. There was no offer of sympathy then, and Trump certainly was not working hard to prevent any of these deaths either. After all, he has been pushing for the end of social distancing and other protective measures being employed to keep people safe and healthy. And now that red states are starting to re-open, a second wave of the virus is on the rise. More Americans are going to get sick and die.

In fact, Trump has offered little to no sympathy for the victims and their families throughout this crisis.

It took all of three months for 100,000 Americans to die from this virus, and all because Trump refused to respond to the crisis in a timely and responsible manner. These deaths are on him, but he thinks offering false sympathy makes it all better.

Americans begged to differ.

A recent study by Columbia University revealed that tens of thousands of lives could have been saved had Trump acted just a week sooner than he did.

If anything, Trump owes the American people an apology and his resignation for this death toll.
