Kellyanne Conway Seems To Still Have The Former President’s Back, Appears To Take A Public Dig At Her Husband For Predicting Trump’s Legal Woes

Well, that's awkward.

The Trump presidency is finally over, but it seems his former advisor Kellyanne Conway’s marriage to her husband, anti-Trump attorney George Conway, has not seen any improvement following the change in US leadership. At all, actually.

The entire Conway family has been feuding in an extremely public way for literal years now. To say that they’re dysfunctional would frankly be a massive understatement. Whether it’s George calling out his wife for her bling, ignorant loyalty to Trump, Kellyanne calling out her husband for his criticism of her boss, or their daughter Claudia calling them both out for being exceptionally shitty parents — the drama in the Conway household is virtually neverending, and that’s just based off what we manage to see in public. Frankly, I can’t even imagine what sort of absolute cluster is going on behind closed doors in their family.

Eventually, the situation with their teenage daughter reached such severity that Kellyanne resigned from her position in the Trump administration and George from his position with The Lincoln Project, citing an effort to focus on their daughter and each other and hopefully heal their obviously very broken family. But even now that Donald Trump isn’t even in office anymore, it seems Kellyanne and George Conway are as far away from a happy marriage as ever.

In yet another leg of their ongoing, public dispute, the ex-president’s former White House senior adviser retweeted a thread that mocked several critics of the one-term, twice-impeached former guy. Among those included in the thread was her husband, George, who recently made a public prediction that Donald Trump would soon face legal consequences in relation to the numerous allegations of crimes and wrongdoings that Trump is currently under investigation for.

“Excellent thread,” Kellyanne captioned the retweet, adding the hashtag “TDS,” which stands for “Trump Derangement Syndrome” among the Conservative crowd.

The thread that Kellyanne promoted was penned by conservative writer Drew Holden, who had taken screenshots of various columns and articles, many of which were penned by George Conway himself, and compared them against recent reporting that’s suggested the Manhattan district attorney investigation into Trump’s financial crimes may be on its last leg.

Maybe try counseling?
