Yet another brutal determination was slammed down by New York Judge Arthur F. Engoron in state Attorney General Letitia James’ case against ex-President Donald Trump and his family company, the Trump Organization, as Yahoo! News reports that Engoron has established that one of the world’s largest real estate firms, Cushman & Wakefield, broke its own rules to pacify the ex-president’s company and his longstanding habit of fraudulently misrepresenting and inflating the values of his properties.

According to the report, Ergoron’s rather bombshell determination was tucked away in the court order he delivered on Wednesday that formally ordered the world-renowned real estate firm to produce and turn over documents to the NY AG’s office that were requested in connection to their Trump Organization probe.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is deep in her ongoing investigation into the corrupt former president’s family business and their alleged pattern of wildly overinflating the value of various California and New York properties owned by the business, in connection to their scheme to commit bank and insurance fraud.

Judge Engoron indicated in the new court order that he had personally reviewed the documents, which were sensitive in nature, in his own court chambers that served to implicate Cushman & Wakefield in the scheme and apparently proved that the real estate firm’s employees played along with Donald Trump’s scams. As it stands, these damning allegations could serve to legally implicate the world-renowned firm as a co-conspirator in the Trump Organization’s crimes.

The judge’s court filing reads, “This court has reviewed numerous documents in camera demonstrating that C&W was not consistent in adhering to its internal quality control practices when conducting appraisals on behalf of the Trump Organization.”

“It is within the OAG’s purview to investigate C&W’s appraisals to determine if C&W has appropriately and accurately disclosed to regulators and other governmental authority whether its internal quality controls were followed,” Engoron went on to add.

Assistant attorney general Austin Thompson spoke in court on the matter and detailed the ways their office discovered that Cushman & Wakefield employees had lied with the clear purpose of benefiting Donald Trump and his company. He also noted that when investigators with the AG’s office made a request for the required documents in the case, the real estate firm responded in a way that was “intransigent and incalcitrant,” by handing over documents without a shred of context or explanation, with the apparent intent to leave investigators unable to sort through the material properly.
