Trump Appears To Float Moronic, Nasty Conspiracy Theory About Pelosi Attack: “Weird Things Going On In That Household”

To be completely frank, we knew this was coming, but that certainly doesn’t serve to make it any less nauseating.

Late last week, the gut-wrenching news broke that the San Fransisco home House Speaker Nancy Pelosi shares with her husband Paul was broken into by 42-year-old suspect David DePape — who “violently” assaulted Speaker Pelosi’s husband, resulting in Paul Pelosi reportedly requiring surgery in the hospital, as DePape searched for the Democratic House Speaker throughout their California home, demanding of Paul, “Where is Nancy?!”

The Speaker of the House was in Washington D.C. for work at the time of the violent invasion. Reports have since revealed that DePape attacked and assaulted Paul Pelosi with a hammer.

While Trump didn’t address the break-in or attack in the direct aftermath of the tragedy — not even offering up so much as some generic, obligatory “thoughts and prayers” on his social media — it seems as though the former guy has kept his mouth shut on the matter for as long as he could stand.

Trump made an appearance on The Chris Stigall Show, where the topic of the Pelosi attack quickly came up and Donald wasted no time in suggesting that the information we currently have on the catastrophe is just “the beginning.”

Stigall questioned the scandal-ridden former president, “How do you read what’s happened in the Pelosi household in San Francisco over the weekend?”

“Well, it’s — weird things going on in that household in the last couple of weeks,” Trump answered. “You know, it probably — you and I are better not talking about it cause — but the glass it seems was broken from the inside to the out and you know, that was — so it wasn’t a break in, it was a breakout. I don’t know. You know, you hear the same things I do.”

The interview host pressed on, though, prodding, “The 911 tape seems to suggest that he knew the identity of the guy.”

“Yeah. Yeah. It’s a — it’s a lot of bad stuff,” the former president responded. “I’m not a fan of Nancy Pelosi, but what’s going on there is very sad.”

Stigall went on to open the implication that there is far more to the Pelosi attack story than what has been made public thus far.

“This is, I think more than the traffic accident, it looks like to me,” Trump said, drawing a clear reference to Paul Pelosi’s DUI arrest that took place back in May.

Stigall seemed to cover his own ass when he added that the suspected assailant, David DePape, was a “deranged man.”

“Yeah. It’s — the whole thing is crazy. I mean, if there’s even a little bit of truth to what’s being said, it’s crazy,” Trump said in response, but apparently couldn’t resist the opportunity to float one of the main Right-wing conspiracy theories that have been running rampant since the news of the violent attack broke. “But… the window was broken in and it was strange that the cops were there, you know, standing there practically from the moment it all took place.”

“So, I don’t know. You’re gonna have to explain that to your audience. You’re gonna have to explain it to everybody, including me because that one’s — figuring out Russia and figuring out, China is much easier,” Trump went on to add, prompting Stigall to say, “I think in time we’re gonna learn more.”

“I think — I think this is the beginning,” the former president concluded on the matter. “It’s — it looks — but it’s a sad situation. Very sad actually.”
