Apparently, while most of the rest of the country was sleeping last night, preparing to go to their jobs, working their jobs, taking care of their children, or doing any one of a million other things that normal human beings do in the literal dead of the night, the big guy Donald J. Trump was wide awake, cranking out one of his most unhinged Truth Social posts yet.
The scandal-plagued former president spent all night last night and into the wee early hours of this morning using his floundering Truth Social platform as basically a personal diary, where he aired out his seemingly never-ending laundry list of grievances — which included a monumentally massive schpiel about his intentions to make an in-person appearance during the oral arguments portion of his upcoming DC Circuit Court of Appeals regarding his incessant claims of “absolute immunity” that he’s continually been told that he doesn’t actually have.
Hold onto your hats, folks, because this one is a real doozy, even for him:
I will be attending the the Federal Appeals Court Arguments on Presidential Immunity in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday. Of course I was entitled, as President of the United States and Commander in Chief, to Immunity. I wasn’t campaigning, the Election was long over. I was looking for voter fraud, and finding it, which is my obligation to do, and otherwise running running our Country. If I don’t get Immunity, then Crooked Joe Biden doesn’t get Immunity, and with the Border Invasion and Afghanistan Surrender, alone, not to mention the Millions of dollars that went into his “pockets” with money from foreign countries, Joe would be ripe for Indictment. By weaponizing the DOJ against his Political Opponent, ME, Joe has opened a giant Pandora’s Box.

Of course, no good Trump temper tantrum is truly complete until he throws in that trademarked, “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!” — which he did at around 1 am this morning.
Trump’s desperate presidential immunity claims case will be going before both the US Supreme Court and the appeals court after Judge Tanya Chutkan slapped down not just one, but two Trump-fueled motions to dismiss based on the First Amendment and Donald’s presidential immunity claims. The appeals court is set to hear oral arguments on January 9th and, according to that mess of nonsense on Truth Social last night, apparently the big guy plans to be there himself.
